FRAN WILLIAMS IS A MIXED MEDIA ARTIST LIVING AND WORKING IN SWANSEA, Southwest Wales, UK.  Evocative figures appear from the depth of Fran’s oil paintings. Vivid colour and texture almost mask the face and body of her self portraiture. The strength of tones and free use of the brush are in contrast to the vulnerability of the portraiture.
