ANDREW K. THOMPSON - SELECTED WORKS IN F/8 PHOTO SHOW 8PM

Andrew K. Thompson, a photographic artist from San Bernardino, California, uses palm trees and power lines and thread to explore the mythologized landscape of Southern California.  He works with alternative materials and processes, thereby pushing the medium of Photography into territories where the rules are only imagined.  He is showing Series Risographs, a threaded large format double negative, which is lit up on a wall mounted light box and a large threaded fabric process printed with one of his signature electrical towers.   We are very thankful to have him show at The LMF Gallery + Darkroom.
